Thank you for your booking - we are really looking forward to welcoming you and your pupils.\n\nPlease check the date above corresponds with your booking and print or download the forms before clicking accept to avoid losing attachments.\n\nI have attached the following:\n\n * School Visit Booking Form - complete and return within 7 days to confirm your booking.\n * Trip activities - choose 4 activities and add to your form.\n * Information for your visit - to read.\n * Payment information\n * Health and Safety information - to read.\n * Checklist - to prepare for your trip.\nPlease note:\n\n * We are an outdoor site so please dress for the weather.\n * Our teaching day starts at 10.00am. Schools usually depart between 2.00 and 3.00pm\n * We are not able to reserve specific houses.\n * Please bring some items of spare clothing for the children in case of accidents (such as a child being sick on the coach).\n * Labelled boxes are useful to transport items such as chalk carving/shop purchases.\n * We have allocated parking for coaches and minibuses, but car parking is limited. Please let us know if you plan to arrive in cars.\n * We are an outdoor site so recommend including bite and sting cream in your first aid kit.\n * Pottery and Clunch are only available from the Summer term to October half term.\n * Cave Painting is no longer available.\n\nFinance information:\n\n * Cost £13.35 plus VAT per child.\n * Minimum charge per visit is £267.00 plus VAT (£53.40) - equivalent to 20 children.\n * Cheques must be made payable to Butser Education CIC. Wellies are good if the weather and ground are wet.
